All players wishing to join our club, whether joining a football club for the first time or transferring from another club are required to complete Registration Forms.

Existing players are also required to complete a form when re-registering.

New Players who have not previously been a member of a football club.
New players who have not previously been a member of a football club should complete both a Club Registration Form and a League Registration Form. New players should also provide proof of age in the form of a birth certificate - a photo copy is acceptable for this purpose and shall be retained by the Club.

New Players who are transferring from another club.
If you are transferring to our club from a club that is a member of the YJFL there is no requirement to complete the League form - our Club Registration Form is all that is necessary. A Birth Certificate would also be most helpful. If you have previously been playing for a club that is not a member of the YJFL a League Registration Form and a Club Registration Form is required.
